The Vegas Loop is planning at least 73 Tesla stations covering 65 miles beneath the Las Vegas Strip. Wynn noted that this was the first commercial Boring project and it prevented repairs to their golf course from being necessary if a crane had been used. No time table was announced for the Westgate station’s opening.

Currently, the only functioning part of the Vegas Loop is three tunnels spanning 1.7 miles under the Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC). This is in addition to the single tunnel that will open at Resorts World in July 2022. The Vegas Loop will be finished in 2027. The Vegas Loop is expected to be completed in 2027. This includes future extensions to Harry Reid International Airport and several resorts as well as residential areas north west and east of the Strip.
