It boasts four bedrooms, 12 bathrooms and more than 30,000 square feet of living area. The pool and spa of this property overlook the tee-boxes on the Summit Club golf course’s 12th hole. It is not known whether Dion lived there. It was presumed that she bought the property to reduce her evening commute from 27 miles to 17 — from her Henderson, Nev. home to Resorts World Las Vegas. reports, is private-equity billionaire Chuck Esserman, who also owns Famous Amos cookies via his company, TSG Consumer Partners.Other Summit Club residents and/or property owners include movie star Mark Wahlberg, motivational speaker Tony Robbins, and Las Vegas Golden Knights owner Bill Foley.Dion reportedly still lives in her Lake Las Vegas home with the three sons she had by late husband Rene Angelil. The house is still owned by Dion and her three sons from her late husband Rene Angelil.
